Does that mean you can process credit card sales of books for Collective members? Is that for sales only on the Collective site or for sales through other web sites, such as my own?<<

Good questions! First, credit card sales can be handled for you (you always have a choice) by our distributor, Indybook.com -- even for one-by-one sales. Second, online bookstores (such as Amazon, B&N.com and Half.com) take credit card sales for you as well. And by using our automated XML conversion program for your book information, sending them your perfectly formatted data is a snap. So all your bases are covered.

Finally, you are indeed free to list your book anywhere else you like!
