Any bookstore will want a return policy. I don't have a problem accepting returns -- is TWC set up to do that, or allow the author/publisher to do it? In other words, if you were to send an order to B&T or Ingram would there be an understanding that either the author (me) or TWC would accept the returns? Patti |
